Welcome to Devon Homeowners Association

We are located just east of Gilbert road in Gilbert, Arizona by the Civic Plaza. We are a quiet, family community with 135 homes.

 

Attention Homeowners

Your board has been working very hard on community improvements and has come up with a 5 year plan to help accomplish these goals. In order to fund these community improvements without raising assessments, the board has decided to change from monthly assessments to quarterly assessments.  This will save the community a significant amount of money and will allow the improvements to continue while keeping assessments low. 

 

2012 Trash Pick-up Days: Tuesday - Black Can --- Wednesday - Blue Can

Devon Bulk Trash Dates for 2012 are in Green

(second full week of the month)

Please place your bulk trash items at the curb the weekend prior to your scheduled collection week.

For example for March, bulk trash should be placed out
